What is an AMC for AC in Qatar?
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly agreement covering scheduled servicing of your AC and other home systems. It replaces ad-hoc servicing with planned visits, priority response, and an agreed scope — giving you peace of mind throughout the year.
Can I get an AMC for FCU and chiller systems?
Yes — most apartments in Pearl Qatar and Lusail run on district-cooled FCUs rather than split AC, so our AMCs there are scoped to FCU, ducting and drain-tray servicing inside the unit. Villas with private chillers get full chiller coverage as part of their plan.
Is there a contract period?
Our standard AMC term is 12 months. We can discuss multi-year agreements with additional discounts for clients who want long-term coverage.
What if something breaks between scheduled visits?
AMC customers receive priority emergency response with discounted or zero call-out charges. We aim to respond the same day for AMC clients during emergencies.
